Form Requirements

STUDENT

Character's Name Fill in the character's full name.

Face Claim List your top three choices for the character’s face claim in order of preference, including their year of birth. Example: Nicole Kidman (1967), Eva Green (1980), and Ana de Armas (1988).

Enrollment Type Specify how the character gained entry into Strauss-Kahn Academy: either as a Legacy or through a Scholarship.

House Determine the character's house. Descriptions of each house can also be found here.

Date of Birth Provide the character's birth date.

Storyline Write the character's storyline in either English or Indonesian, with a word count between 300 and 1,500 words. Include details about what motivates the character to be a part of the school.

Personality Describe the character's personality, either as bullet points or in a narrative style.

Character Development Outline a character development plan, with at least three key points.

Registration Guidelines

  1. Understanding the Rules
    Ensure you thoroughly read and understand the site, including the agency’s gameplay regulations and the systems in place at @StraussKahnAcad. If anything is unclear, feel free to use the main base’s direct message feature to ask questions.

  2. Registration Process

    • Wait for the main base to announce the registration period before filling out the form.

    • Only one character can be registered per account.

    • Use an active account that can be easily contacted by the base in case of any issues during registration.

  3. Form Completion

    • Fill out the form accurately and according to the provided guidelines.

    • Writers are encouraged to double-check their submissions and keep a personal copy of the character’s data.

  4. After submitting the form, take a screenshot of the final page. Confirm your registration in the designated section with the following format:

    • “(Your character's full name) as a (Legacy/Scholarship) student and a part of (House name) has filled the form, thank you!”

      Attach the screenshot proof, along with photos of the main and backup face claims (FC).

  5. After Acceptance

    • Once accepted, you will have 48 hours to create the character account and profile link as per the guidelines.

    • If additional time is needed or if you decide not to take the slot, inform the main base immediately.

  6. Verification Format

    • “I, (full name), a (student type) student from (house) in (year), am ready to be a Stratan!” (Please attach the link to your character’s profile along with a formal photo of your face claim. Make sure it’s not a selfie and that they are looking directly at the camera).​

    • Example: “I, Sylvie Moreau, a Scholarship student from Lavaux in year 4, am ready to be a Stratan!”
